4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer pan-India delivery.

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Gopi Alankar is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the devotional and personal-use nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect item delivered

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
